Their basic cookery course is designed for people who would like to expand their limited knowledge of cookery. It will cover the basic techniques, which are fundamental to good cooking. You will learn to cook and prepare food quickly, to plan ahead and produce food without effort or panic. Their student feedback reveals how others have benefited from this.

Their beginners’ cookery course starts on a Monday morning at 11 am. Training will take place in their purpose built fully equipped kitchen with plenty of working space for each student. You will enjoy working with other students and they also make sure there is plenty of personal tuition and help. You do not need to bring any special cooking equipment as you will be supplied with everything you need to enable effective learning. You will also have access to a well researched course book containing numerous tried and tested tasty recipes.

The fee for the one week basic cooking course is £955 which includes shared accommodation in a twin room from Monday to Thursday night, and breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a £85 reduction for non-residential students.
