Tosted naan, mango chutney and sweet and sour salad

Here’s a simple recipe and fresh I was able to finish a jar of mango chutney. Kaffir lime zest gives pep to this salad pretty sweet. Of course you can replace it with lime zest…

  • 4 naan Patak’s
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 / 2 mango
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp kaffir lime zest
  • 4 large teaspoons mango chutney Patak’s
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Roast the peppers in the oven 25 min. The peel and dice.
  • Peel the mango and peaches. Cut into cubes and all do the same with tomatoes.
  • Mix everything. Add oil, vinegar, cilantro, chopped garlic and kaffir lime zest.
  • Toast the naan in a toaster or grill.
  • Spread mango chutney on it and make salad.
