At James St Cooking School, our professional chefs guide and inspire you to reach your culinary potential.  We provide hands-on practical  as well as demonstration classes.  For private individuals, our schedule will give you all the details of what, where and when the classes will be held.

Their purpose built kitchen is geared for both traditional demonstrations and hands-on practical classes.  We also offer al fresco cooking classes at MarketPlace in Rocklea. Their hands on classes are structured with a brief demonstration about housekeeping, Health & Safety and the recipes. Parking in the evenings is generally available as the market closes at 7.00pm and there is nearby street parking.
