Cookery School's approach to food is simple, modern and imaginative. They love sharing their ideas for delicious home-cooking and are constantly finding fresh sources of inspiration to bring to their classes.

At Cookery School the atmosphere is fun and informal.  They provide the skills necessary to become a confident and independent cook and all their classes have a very high proportion of hands on practice.

Their classes are very informal and relaxed but well structured. There will be some demo, lots of hands on cooking as the class is divided into smaller groups with each group making some of the recipes. At the end of the class you will have seen how all the recipes are made. Classes end with everyone sitting down around the Cookery School table to taste the food that has been cooked along with a glass of wine.

Terms and Conditions

• Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of credit card validation.
• On booking and paying for a class (es) you will receive a booking and payment confirmation by email.
• Confirmed bookings may not be cancelled in any circumstances. Bookings are, however, freely transferable to another person for the same class so you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
• Please notify us of any change in the contact details provided as these will be used by Cookery School for all correspondence.
• The menus posted on their website may be subject to variations if ingredients are not available. Occasionally they may have to cancel or postpone a class due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is under-subscribed. In such a case they will notify all confirmed attendees as soon as possible and offer full refunds by cheque.
