Through Greencuisine courses, retreats and private consultation, Daphne Lambert creates a deeper understanding of how our choice of food affects us body, mind & spirit and how nourishing ourselves and nourishing the planet are indivisible.

For 25 years Daphne has cooked and taught on the Welsh borders at Penrhos Court. However, during 2012, Daphne will be in residence at Trill Farm in Devon.At Trill she will be cooking, teaching and finishing her long awaited book!

Daphne is a chef, nutritionist & gardener who works with natures rhythms. She believes in the wisdom of traditional ways of growing and preparing food & honours this wisdom creating food that is good for both the individual and planet earth.
